Our restaurant partners have the ability to update their items in and out of stock in real time, however should they in the unlikely event forget to update the menu you will get a phone call to be notified and either swop out the item for another item or request that we refund you for the item that was out of stock. Should you choose a refund this will take 2-3 working days.

Digieats only charges a 3 percent commission and have a transparent driver payment scheme which allows our delivery partners to set a delivery fee to offset the cost of delivery. This delivery fee is for our partners to make sustainable business out of delivery so please support these local businesses as well as support our drivers by tipping.
We are guaranteeing that all our partners on the app are charging in store pricing.
In our beta testing phase we are testing our system with Monks Chinese, Shibui sushi and lucky box.
